I cringed during that episode of Sex and the City when Samantha got her *ahem* on her creepy older neighbor's Pratesi sheets. I doubt you could get that stain out without creating a rough patch. I know luxury bedding can be expensive, but I found a website that is currently having a sale on Pratesi. You can check them out at http://www.elegantlinenspc.com/ I have actually ordered fabric samples from these guys and their customer service is great!
