Chelsea Market sample sales: kids this week, Riedel next week

Prive, who hosts the sample sales at Chelsea Market, is currently having a children's sale featuring Kico kids, Petit Bateau, and Jacadi. I don't know about the general levels of discounting, but they say up to 90% off retail.

And next week, the very popular Riedel sample sale with crystal wine glasses from their “O”, Vinum, and Sommlier series. They will also have some tabletop and glassware pieces from Nachtmann, and last time they also carried some elegant box sets of champagne glasses and rose wine glasses with pink stems. Perfect timing! I have a couple of weddings I must attend in the next 2 months and the couples' registries have been picked over. Located in Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, one of the New York communities hardest hit by AIDS, Jefferson Avenue is slated to be completed by 2012.

Satya 'home sale'

I find this just as confusing as you, since Satya is known for their jewelry and not their 'home goods', but apparently they have some, and apparently it's up for sale. They are moving those goods to another location, so to lighten the load, it's a 60% off sell-off!

Westin Heavenly anniversary sale

Even before Westin started selling their Heavenly Collection, I had to have it. I tracked down their pet bed maker to Dallas and bought one directly from her before she became exclusive to Westin. (My cat insisted). It is awesome, and I guarantee your dog/cat will love it! Although ours needs replacing, the white fabric is a bit terrifying for me. I wish it was a darker color!
