Like most other women living in the glamorous city of New York, treading the line between highly fashionable and highly affordable is no easy feat. There is nothing more thrilling than a truly spectacular find without the hysteria of a discount department store.
I ordered from their on line sale, first on Dec. 24th then again on January 4 and am still awaiting arrival of my merchandise. I emailed their customer support and they told me to allow 14 working days and that they have no way of tracking merchandise once shipped outside the UK. NEVER ordering on line from them again!
Really?? That is pretty terrible. I will admit, I've only ordered from them twice, but both times I received my order fairly quickly (certainly not going on a month). I'm really sorry to hear that!!
It's now January 28th and still no sign of either order. I asked my postal deliverer and she said that even with the holiday mail surplus that seems like an exceptionally long time. I asked Agent Provocateur to look into it again and am awaiting their reply. I'm really disappointed by this as i love the quality of their product but this is $460 worth of merchandise i fear i may be out.
That's so stressful when you have a few hundreds of $ lost in the mail!! Well, at the very least, if the package really is lost, I hope they do the right thing and reimburse you! Maybe this will help compel them to offer tracking #s in the future!
I received a reply today and have completed a goods lost in transit form. I hope it does go through quickly but that does not seem likely as it becomes an investigation by Royal Mail/HDNL. I hope they switch to a more reliable shipping provider or even better have a warehouse here in the US to ship from. If I had known it was going to be such an issue, I would have simply tried to locate the merchandise I wanted at US stores and done a charge send from them. Thanks for allowing me to vent, it's not really something I can whine about to my coworkers.
HAHA, I completely understand. My coworkers would not also not feel the pain of lost lingerie ;) Best of luck-- I hope this gets resolved (somewhat) expediently. Once a package I ordered from ASOS.com was lost in the mail. It also shipped from the UK, and after 30 days, I emailed them and was like, ummm, I don't think it's ever coming. After 45 days, they refunded me pretty promptly, and even though I never got my purse, at least I got my money back!! Hopefully AP will work with you. Good luck!!!
I am deliriously pleased to announce package #1 arrived today. I wrote them immediately to stop the processing of a refund and am more confident now that package #2 is on its way, eventually. I'm going to shop local though in the future! As i don't have the patience to allow for 6 weeks delivery.
