Elie Tahari fall sample sale

The Elie Tahari sample sale is coming back! Last year the prices were phenomenal, and I can't wait to see how it is this year. Prices are 70-80% off for womens clothing, mens clothing, shoes, and bags. I especially want to stock up on work basics - nice sweaters and pencil skirts. I've also always admired the leather bags, which feel soo nice. Very tempting.

Update: GO if you need work clothes! An anonymous but wonderfully informative comment: "Not exciting fun stuff, but a great way to buff up your work wardrobe for next to nothing. Sample sizes only (which I am) so I came out with 4 pairs pants at $19 each (lined linen trousers, dove gray LEATHER pants); 1 skirt $19, two blazers $29 each (gorgeous lined safari blazer), a tank for $9. 7 pieces, $160 total, I could have bought a lot more but it was too overwhelming."

For men and women looking forward to F/W office wear, you'll want to make a stop at Chelsea Market next week. Prive is hosting a massive sample/stock sale of fall, winter, and classic pieces at 60-80% off. They will have a full range of sizes and fitting rooms as well.

I have been on a need-more-dresses kick recently. I've gotten a RED Valentino off Yoox, a Juicy Couture sundress on sale from Saks, a really cute one from H&M (retail $24.90), and a fabulously flowy one from the Marchesa sample sale. I know I need to slow down, but this upcoming sale is going to make it hard: Elie Tahari is having their spring sample sale, up to 80% off.

Elie Tahari sample sale

Funny enough, this weekend I just helped my friend find a gorgeous Elie Tahari sexy sheath dress (for a wedding) and suit jacket (for the workplace) this weekend! We paired it with some sexy Ferragamo heels, and it is FABULOUS. That being said, I'm very excited about their fall sample sale starting next Tuesday! Prices will be up to 80% off and include a wide range of men's and women's clothing, bags, shoes, and outerwear. Expect most price points to fall under $100, including cashmere! Some items, like dresses, may range up to $150, but overall it should be a really affordable sale (with the exception of really expensive bags and outerwear, which will be around $200-350)
