To Ugg or not to Ugg...

I have stayed away from Uggs. I loathe them on starlets prancing in the 80 degree LA weather, I don't buy shearling, and honestly, I think they are hideous. But while gingerly negotiating bad weather this winter in my heeled Prada boots, I came to the conclusion that I need ugly-tromping-around-boots that I don't really care about, and Uggs popped into my mind. Should I break down and get some?

    Don't do it!!! I have 2 pairs of boots to resolve the no-uggs problem, 1. Coach with a cute print (I don't feel so bad about getting them dirty), 2. Dior (which are similar to Uggs), but they are skinnier and rabbit lined.

    Really, don't do it. I'm from NY, been in So Cal for 5 years now and I still think there are ugggly. Take Miss Chelle's advice, I'm sure there are ways to get the same comfort without sacrificing style :)

    Do it! They're ugly and I felt exactly the same way. But they are the greatest thing to kick around in because they are already ugly and most importantly they are cozy and warm.

    I tried to stay away...but i love to be warm and i realize traipsing around in my nice boots make me so sad after that winter slush gets all over it.
