Roberto Cavalli, Blumarine, Rachel Roy sample sales

Update: My friend went to this and said it was a total wash. This sale is not run by the designers, but some "agent" named "Shirley" and was just a few racks.

... it was more like 30-40% off. Too bad, it was cute stuff just not cute enough at those prices.

I don't know how who is organizing this or it will play out, but at 70%+ off, it may be worth a visit. Apparently these are in the same hotel but different rooms.
